We love box lacrosse, and we love when our box systems can help elevate your players and your team. Canandaigua Academy, a lacrosse league in New York, ordered a custom red box lacrosse system from us late last year. The box lacrosse teams span from kindergarten all the way up to varsity, ensuring every child in the community has a place to take part in the league. The youth coordinator, Dave Gioseffi, describes the benefits using a box system has had for his players, “We wanted to play box lacrosse in Canandaigua to have our kids practice in tight spaces. What we found is that kids are touching the ball more in the box than in the field which has increased all of their confidence. Also, as a group, we have gotten faster, tougher, and more skilled. Lastly, it comes down to fun; the kids love playing in the box. I wish we had the box years ago!”
