    1- How does the shipping process work?

    Welcome to Sport Resource Group’s shipping policy page. Here, you’ll find everything you need to know about how we handle shipping, so you can make informed decisions when purchasing our products. We strive to ensure your products arrive in perfect condition and on time.

    2- What is the lead time?

    Natural color/white ProWall lead time is 2-4 weeks on average. Custom color ProWall lead time is 4-6 weeks on average.  We operate on a first-come first-serve basis, so the lead time is always subject to change. Foam dividers and PBS panels typically take 2-3 weeks to ship.

    3- What payment methods are available?

    • Credit/Debit Cards: We accept major credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
    • Bank Transfers: Direct bank transfers are available for larger transactions or recurring payments.
    • PayPal: You can make secure payments through PayPal using your PayPal account or linked credit/debit card.
    • Checks: We accept personal and business checks. Please note that orders paid by check will be processed once the check has cleared.
    • Purchase Orders: We accept purchase orders! You can submit your purchase order here.

    4- What material is ProWall made out of?

    ProWall is a sport containment system made of durable, rotationally-molded plastic. Designed to combine the best traits of the traditional dasher board system with those of newer, more portable systems, ProWall is the perfect sport containment system for ice hockey, inline hockey, floor hockey, soccer, gaga, futsal, lacrosse, indoor football and more.

    5- Is it difficult to assemble ProWall panels?

    With SRG’s patented interlocking plastic wall system (no-tool assembly), you can assemble a gaga pit, soccer pitch, lacrosse/football system or ice/inline/street hockey rink in just minutes. Watch these videos to see for yourself!

    6- Does SRG provide installation services?

    We do not do the install. We simply ship the product and leave it up to the customer to assemble. Our ProWall panels go together like legos and can be set up very easily by a small group of helpers. We are always one call/email away if any questions come about while you are installing your system! We’d love to help!
